Everyone has a Focus Coach
Every single person will be able to choose a specific focus. These focuses are intended to help you grow in your community role, which could be as a worship leader, prayer leader, instrumentalist, singer, sound engineer, or leader. Each focus has a specialized focus coach who will meet with you every week and develop you in your skill and ability.
